First GovTech Expo 2024 in the Metaverse

From citizen participation apps and innovative smart city solutions to data analytics platforms that help to make data-based decisions - many of these innovative solutions come from start-ups. But the path to implementation can be challenging: startups have to cope with the requirements of public tenders and expand their network, while the public sector is often not familiar with all new technologies. Bitkom's GovTech Expo Get Started aims to change this.
Highlights of the GovTech Expo
GovTech Expo 2024 is a completely virtual trade fair that takes place in the Metaversum. Visitors can experience live pitches on a virtual stage, visit the startups' digital exhibition stands and take advantage of numerous networking opportunities. The expo offers an ideal opportunity to get in touch with start-ups from the govtech and smart city sectors and to find out all about new digital solutions. Participation is free and uncomplicated.

Innovative startups at #SCCON24
In the Startup Area of the Smart Country Convention 2024, many more innovative startups from the fields of GovTech and Smart City can be discovered live. The finalists of the Smart Country Startup Award, which recognises outstanding digital solutions from young companies for the public sector, will also be on stage.
