admi's technology solution bridges the gap between political goals and the limited financial and human resources of local authorities. This is because local authorities play a central role in the energy transition, but often come up against financial and personnel limits when it comes to implementing ambitious energy and climate targets. The shortage of skilled labour, the growing variety of tasks and the increasing complexity of projects pose major challenges for local authorities. There is already a shortage of 400,000 workers in the public sector. This shortage will increase to around 840,000 by 2030. Financing climate protection measures is also a major hurdle due to a lack of investment funds and unsuitable or very complex funding programmes. This is where admi comes in. admi offers a complete digital solution for the expansion of photovoltaic systems on municipal roofs and accelerates the entire process - from analysing potential to building acceptance. With the help of satellite data and information collected on site, we create precise analyses and implement projects efficiently. Our data-based technology optimises and automates the key steps. Supplemented by in-depth expertise in procurement management and regulatory issues, admi provides municipal administrations with comprehensive support in the realisation of their photovoltaic projects. admi also provides support in navigating the funding landscape and optimising the economic viability of projects. With admi as a partner, more than 20 municipalities have already been able to increase their energy independence, save 8.5 million euros in energy costs and avoid 1.1 tonnes of CO2 emissions.
