On 17 October 2024, the Smart Country Convention (SCCON) will be all about career opportunities and recruiting. As Germany's largest employer, the public sector will be presenting attractive jobs and inviting people to network at SCCON.
Career Lounge, Career Speed Dating and Career Photos
In the Career Lounge, centrally located in Hall 25, visitors can look forward to various opportunities to meet new employers and develop their careers.
- Highlights of the day include keynote speeches by LinkedIn and #SheTransformsIT on employer branding and career management on the Career Stage.
- At the interactive Career Speed Dating event potential new employees and employers can meet in person.
- Career Photos will be taken by our professional photographers, who shoot free application photos and ensure the perfect appearance.
- The Digital Jobwall provides an overview of all current job offers from more than 350 partner companies.
Strong career partners on the way to your dream job
As Career Partners, the exhibitors at the Smart Country Convention place particular emphasis on the topics of recruiting and attracting skilled labour. Attendees can recognize potential new employers by the Career Point as they pass the exhibition stand and get to know and talk to them later in the Career Lounge.
