Our exhibitor portal is now available for your stand application!

Book your individual stand space or take advantage of our comprehensive exclusive partner packages. As an early booker, you will benefit twice: Until January 31, 2025, you will receive an early-bird-discount on your bookings and also get the best placement.

The official closing date for registration for the #SCCON25 is on June 30, 2025. Please apply in time in order to ensure a good placement for your company. All exhibitors will be placed "first come - first served".

Your advantages in the SCCON exhibitor portal

By creating a profile, the exhibitor portal is the central point of contact for your participation as an exhibitor. It guides you step by step through the registration process.

In the exhibitor portal you can:

✔ Book partner packages in hub27 or stand spaces in Hall 25*

✔ Register co-exhibitors** directly, invite them by e-mail or add them later

✔ Specify placement preferences

✔ Edit and send a draft application at a later date.

✔ Manage your stand booking and approve your placement

We are already working on fully integrating further services, such as our current exhibitor shop, into the new exhibitor portal, so that you will be able to manage all services in one portal in the future.

* With the stand rental calculator, you can calculate the prices for your desired stand space in Hall 25 in advance in order for you to suffiecently calculate your fair appearance.

** A mandatory fee of € 490.00 plus VAT will be charged per co-exhibiting company for the Media Package. The amount will be invoiced to the main exhibitor after receipt of the co-exhibitor application.
