Maximum scope for your presentation
Whether you want to make creative use of a small area or create a large presence with an impressive design - with us you have all the options.
If you choose this option, you book the stand space only and take care of stand construction and ordering the necessary connections and services yourself.
Your customized presentation in just a few steps
1. Book the required stand area
- Choice of four stand types (with 1, 2, 3 or 4 sides open)
- Stand space from 275 euros/m²
- Free choice of stand size (minimum size 12 m²)
Order the stand area you require in our exhibitor portal. The login data from last year are still valid.
2. Receive a placement proposal
You will receive a specific placement proposal by the end of July at the latest. You can conveniently view and confirm this in the exhibitor portal.
3. Plan your stand construction
Once you have confirmed the proposal, you can start planning with your stand constructor. Please take our design and technical specifications into account.
For complex stand constructions (e.g. double storeys), we recommend that you send a stand sketch by e-mail no later than six weeks before the event (15 August 2025). Once your stand has been approved, nothing stands in the way of your successful trade fair appearance.
4. Order stand services
Book all required services such as power and water connections, carpet, internet, stand security or cleaning in our Exhibitor Shop until four weeks before the event at the latest.

Calculate the cost of your stand area with our stand rental calculator. Please note: The calculation only refers to the stand area - stand construction must be organized separately.

The official closing date for registration for the Smart Country Convention is on 30 June 2025: Please apply in time in order to ensure a good placement for your company. All exhibitors will be placed "first come - first served".
