All you need to know for your trade fair appearance.
1. Calculate stand
You can use the stand rental calculator to calculate the costs for your stand space. Please note that the costs from the stand rental calculator only refer to the stand area. The stand construction must be ordered separately. If you do not commission your own stand construction, you can also contact our stand construction subsidiary MB Capital Services. 2. Book space
Fill out our online stand registration form and select the desired stand type and size of your stand space. To the exhibitor portal
3. Placement confirmation
By the end of July, we will inform you by e-mail that your specific placement proposal is ready for viewing and confirmation in our exhibitor portal.
4. Plan stand
After your approval of the placement proposal, you can contact your stand builder. Please note our design and technical specifications.
5. Apply for approval
For complex stand constructions (e.g. double storeys), we recommend that you send a stand sketch by e-mail. This should be done at least six weeks before the event, i.e. before August 15, 2025. If your stand has been approved, then there is nothing to stop you from having a successful trade fair appearance.
6. Order relevant stand services
Order various services, such as power and water connections, high-speed Internet, stand security or cleaning via our Exhibitor Shop from mid-Mayand no later than four weeks before the event. To the Exhibitor Shop
SELF-CONSTRUCTION
You are working with your own stand construction company?
With your unique custom built stand, you will be certain to attract attention and inspire your audience!
You want an unforgettable appearance with all the finesse? Then the self-construction is exactly the right thing for you. Book your stand space and realize your stand with your own trade fair constructor, entirely according to your wishes. Depending on the size of your stand, you will also receive a certain number of exhibitor passes for access to the exhibition grounds. Please note that every self-built stand must be approved by us in advance. Simply book the right space for your grand show!

The official closing date for registration for the Smart Country Convention is on 30 June 2025: Please apply in time in order to ensure a good placement for your company.
