Stand construction requirements!

As soon as you have confirmed the placement proposal, you can start planning with your stand constructor. Please take our design and technical specifications into account.

Stand design at hub27

In order to maintain the open character of the Smart Country Convention, stand structures should be planned as follows:

The sides of the stand adjacent to a visitor aisle may be built no higher than 1.40 m in the first metre.
The remaining area of the stand may be built up to a height of 2.50 meters. Continuous walls may occupy a maximum of 30% of the respective stand length.
The rear sides of the stand adjacent to neighboring stands must have a height of 2.50 m and must be kept neutral and free of joints so as not to detract from the design of the neighboring stand.

The branding of the ceiling and the basic lighting of the entire stand area are included in the Premium Partner Package.

It is not permitted to attach or hang up your own advertising materials or lighting technology.
Additional lighting technology can be obtained from the service partner CSG.

Stand design in halls 25 and 26

The maximum construction height is 6 meters, including suspended elements
Minimum requirement: a floor covering and stable partition walls to neighboring stands with a height of at least 2.50 m.
Mobile exhibition walls, folding walls and pop-up stands are only permitted in conjunction with a fixed partition wall, provided these do not themselves contain a fixed wall.
Rear sides of the stand that are higher than 2.50 m and adjacent to neighboring stands must be stable and neutral in design and without advertising messages.
The closed section on the side leading to the aisle may not exceed 30 % of the area. A closed wall may be a maximum of 3 meters long and must have a graphic design on the aisle side.
Walls bordering visitor aisles should be broken up with transparent showcases, niches, displays or something similar, to emphasize the open character of the event.

Important information for your stand planning

Approval of stand constructions
If you are planning an elaborate stand construction (e.g. a two-storey stand), we recommend that you send us a stand sketch by e-mail. This should be done at least six weeks before the event.
Ordering installations and stand services
Please remember to place your orders in the Exhibitor Shop in good time and to adhere to the specified order deadlines. A surcharge of 20% will be levied on the prices quoted for orders placed later.
Access to the exhibition grounds
Please refer to the Traffic Guide, which contains all the important information for you as an exhibitor, your stand constructor and all authorised delivery companies.

These passes allow access to the exhibition grounds during construction and dismantling times. The codes for these passes are free of charge and can be ordered in the exhibitor shop.

Please note: If you order codes for construction and dismantling passes via the exhibitor shop, they must be redeemed and personalized in advance online at the SCCON ticket store. Access to the exhibition grounds is only possible with these!

This means that all stand builders, suppliers and service providers must also order a construction and dismantling pass and register in advance. Admission to the fair ground is only allowed with pre online registration!

Independent of the general supervision provided, we recommend that you arrange security for your stand to ensure that it are protected as the hall supervision service does not accept liability for any claims. In this context, please note that valuable objects should be protected, particularly during the setting up and dismantling phases.

Stand security services can be ordered in good time before the event at the Exhibitor Shop. In accordance with Item 2.5 “Surveillance” of our Technical Guidelines stand guards may only be provided by the security company contracted by Messe Berlin.

Many exhibitors are looking for ways to withdraw: whether for a call or an online meeting, for concentrated preparation for a presentation or an important meeting. With us, you have the choice:

It's that simple: Book an available slot early in the booking system*. Come to the meeting cube or meeting table at the booked time, hold your talks there and continue your participation in #SCCON24.

The exhibitor passes entitle holders to access the exhibition grounds before, during and after the event. Persons who will also be on site during the event therefore do not require an additional set-up and dismantling pass.

The free codes for redemption in the Online Ticketshop are available in good time before the event. Please note the number of exhibitor passes already included in your stand registration. This can be found in your confirmation of order. Any additional exhibitor passes required are subject to a charge and can be ordered in the Exhibitor Shop.

Please consider: The Exhibitor passes are personalized and are not transferable. Your exhibitor pass must be scanned by our staff on the doors whenever you enter or leave the exhibition grounds.

With the lead scanning app, you can capture the data of your trade show visitors with just one click. The data is immediately available online for further processing. After you have collected all the data on your leads at the event, that data can then be used to your advantage in the follow-up.

The app download can be used as often as you like, allowing all employees at your booth to use the Lead Scanning App. The app is available for iOS and Android.

Please note: Use of the lead scanning service is limited to those trade visitors’, who give permission to scan their ticket. This service can be booked via the Exhibitor Shop.

Up to 10 events per exhibitor will be published.

Please note that events on the stand are subject to registration. Publication cannot be guaranteed for events registered after the registration deadline on September 12, 2025.
