Are you looking for a closed room at the event for short, confidential discussions in a small group? Then our new offer, the Meeting Cube, is just right for you!
Many exhibitors are looking for ways to withdraw: whether for a call or an online meeting, for concentrated preparation for a presentation or an important meeting. With us, you have the choice:
The services at a glance
✓ Meeting Cubes: Seating and table for max. 6 people
✓ Meeting Tables: Seating and table for max. 4 people
✓ Located in the meeting areas in hub27 and Hall 25
✓ Water and coffee included (self-service)
It's that simple: Book an available slot early in the booking system*. Come to the meeting cube or meeting table at the booked time, hold your talks there and continue your participation in #SCCON24.
*Book as early as possible, as availability is limited. You can see available time slots in real time directly within the booking system. First come, first served.

Are you planning a program at your booth, a happy hour or a booth party? |
We would be happy to support you in presenting your event in the category "Exhibitor Event" in the program of #SCCON24!
Receptions, get-togethers, product presentations or other events at the booth are a great opportunity to draw attention to your booth and solutions and to network in a relaxed atmosphere. The following applies here: All events that take place at your booth are subject to registration.
Please submit all events planned at your booth on the registration form by October 4. We have also compiled practical tips for you here on how to hold events at the booth.

The most important dates & information |
The next stages on the road to the #SCCON24 are:
1. We recommend you to edit and finalize your company profile on the SCCON online platform. Access to the company profile has been sent from "noreply@smartcountry.berlin" to the main contact person who has been indicated when registering your stand.
2. You are welcome to book additional services such as booth security, parking spaces or catering in our exhibitor shop. When ordering, please note the specified order deadlines and the services included in your booked stand package.
3. Are you planning an individual trade fair appearance? Please note that each self-built stand must be approved by us in advance. Send us the dimensioned stand plan of your stand builder by e-mail until the 1st of September. Please note our design and technical specifications.
4. You will receive your number of free exhibitor pass codes according to your stand size or partner package from Pretix by email from the beginning of September and can redeem them in the ticket shop.
5. Registration deadline for your co-exhibitors is September 15. Please register your co-exhibitors.
