Preparations for this year's Smart Country Convention are in full swing! |

Three days of hands-on digitization, a full program and numerous networking opportunities: this year's Smart Country Convention offers participants a wide range of exciting topics, ideas and projects relating to smart cities, smart regions and e-government. Good to have you with us!
In today's newsletter, we would like to introduce you to useful planning aids to ensure that your trade fair appearance in October is a complete success.
Get to know the most important dates and services for exhibitors and make your target group aware of your SCCON trade fair appearance:
✔ You are welcome to invite your customers and partners. They can now register for the event free of charge via our ticket shop.
✔ Let your employees, customers and partners know that you are taking part at #SCCON24 via all your online marketing channels. Our communications package offers a selection of basic information and text modules as well as logos and banners to assist with your communications. We are looking forward to your contributions.
We can't wait to see you in Berlin and promise to deliver you a vibrant onsite event once again!

The most important dates & information |
The next stages on the road to the #SCCON24 are:
1. You will be able to edit and finalize your company profile on the SCCON online platform from April 30. The self-maintenance link will be sent to the contact person specified when registering your trade fair stand. You will receive further information on this.
2. If you have booked a partner package including a stage slot or workshop, we will contact you at the beginning of May to discuss further details.
3. Additional services such as stand security or catering can be booked in our exhibitors’ shop from mid-June. Feel free to research the prices of our products and services without registration.
4. If you have booked a stand including stand construction with us, our stand construction company will contact you at the beginning of July at the latest to discuss all further details for your stand with you.
5. By the end of July at the latest, we will inform you by e-mail that your specific placement proposal is ready for viewing and confirmation in our exhibitor portal.
6. Are you planning an individual trade fair appearance? Please note that each self-built stand must be approved by us in advance. Send us the dimensioned stand plan of your stand builder by e-mail until the 1st of September. Please note our design and technical specifications.
7. The down payment invoice for the package price or stand rental and the services booked up to that point will be sent after your confirmation of the placement proposal.
8. If you book additional services, e.g. catering or stand security, you will receive a final invoice for these additional services after the event.
