Here you can find our bookable meeting spaces for productive discussions!

Many visitors and exhibitors are looking for ways to withdraw: whether for a call or an online meeting, for concentrated preparation for a presentation or an important meeting. With us, you have the choice:

Meeting cubes for meetings or for working
* A maximum of 6 appointment slots of 50 minutes each can be booked per company or trade visitor. Up to two consecutive bookings are possible: first come - first served.

Are you looking for a closed room at the event for short, confidential discussions in a small group? Then our new offer, the Meeting Cube, is just right for you!

Meeting Cubes are available in versions for 2 and up to 6 people. Choose between two options for your meeting:

✓ Seating and table for max. 6 persons

✓ or seating and table for max. 2 persons

✓ Water and coffee included (self-service)

Reserve an available meeting table in advance for a slot of your choice in the corresponding meeting area and invite up to 3 people.

It's that simple:

Book an available slot early in the booking system. Come to the meeting cube or meeting table at the booked time, hold your talks there and continue your participation in #SCCON24.

The Meeting Cubes & Meeting Tables are available from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m:

  • in the Meeting Area I in hub27
  • in the Meeting Area II in Hall 25

At all locations you will also find QR codes for booking on site - subject to availability.

The most important facts at a glance

Where are the meeting cubes and meeting tables located?

The meeting cubes and meeting tables are located directly in the meeting areas in hub27 and Hall 25, and are available from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.

At all locations, you will also find QR codes for on-site booking, depending on availability.

Is a ticket required to access the meeting space?

Yes, each participant needs a valid SCCON ticket. Please be aware of the different entry times.

For example, people with a trade visitor ticket can only enter the exhibition grounds starting at 9:00 am.

What does the usage fee include?

The usage fee includes 50 minutes of usage time, which covers basic equipment, energy, cleaning, and self-service at a water dispenser and coffee machine.

Meeting Cubes are available in versions for 2 and up to 6 people. Choose between two options for your meeting:

  • Seating and table for up to 6 persons
  • Seating and table for up to 2 persons
How long can I use the meeting spaces?

The meeting cubes and meeting tables are accessible for a maximum of 50 minutes per slot booking.

  • Each company or trade visitor can book a maximum of 6 time slots of 50 minutes each.
  • Up to two consecutive bookings are possible.
  • Please allow sufficient time for the preparation and follow-up of your meeting.
When should I book a time slot?

As soon as possible, as capacities are limited. Available time slots can be viewed in real-time directly through the booking system.

  • Each company or trade visitor can book a maximum of 6 time slots of 50 minutes each: First come, first served.
  • Up to two consecutive bookings are possible.
  • QR codes for on-site booking are available at all locations, depending on availability.
  • Cancellations are not permitted.
Is a laptop or a screen/monitor included?

No, a laptop or a screen/monitor are not included and may need to be brought by yourself.

Can the seating arrangement be changed?

The meeting spaces are equipped with block seating. Changes cannot be made.

Is there internet in the meeting areas?

There is free Wi-Fi available throughout the exhibition grounds for all visitors and exhibitors. It is suitable for basic internet use and email.

A separate internet connection cannot be booked.

Is catering included in the booking, or is it possible to order catering?

A water dispenser and coffee machine, including dishes, are included in the usage fee. Additional catering cannot be booked.

Where can I obtain the key for the meeting cube?

The room will be opened for you before the meeting.
