end-July	Placement proposal Depending on the time of your registration, you will receive your placement proposal latest by the end of July, which will be available for final confirmation in the exhibitor portal. end-July	Down Payment Invoice The down payment invoice for the package price or stand rental and the services booked up to that point will be sent after your confirmation of the placement proposal.		SCCON Team

August 15	Submitting the stand construction details for official approval For complex stand constructions (e.g. double storeys), we recommend that you send a stand sketch by e-mail (Apply for approval). October 2 from 6.00 p.m.	Start of dismantling Please note: Each exhibitor is obliged to set up his stand during the visitor opening hours from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and to staff it with qualified personnel.
