Booking procedure Basic Packages
1. Select your Basic Package
Choose the stand package that suits your company and we will take care of the details. You are welcome to integrate partner companies on your stand, after registering them as a co-exhibitor.
2. Book your space
Fill out our online stand registration form and select the basic package you prefer. To the exhibitor portal
3. Placement confirmation
By the end of July, we will inform you by e-mail that your specific placement proposal is ready for viewing and confirmation in our exhibitor portal.
4. Plan stand design
Our design team will contact you in the beginning of June to clarify the details and coordinate the stand construction with you.
5. Order relevant stand services
You are welcome to book additional services such as stand security or catering in our exhibitors webshop as of mid-Mayand no later than four weeks before the event. To the exhibitor shop

The official closing date for registration for the Smart Country Convention is on 30 June 2025: Please apply in time in order to ensure a good placement for your company.
